During the presentation of the new government cabinet, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced the creation for the first time in Albania of a state ministry built on the basis of Artificial Intelligence.
The center of this innovation will be “Diella”.
“In collaboration with a new state minister who was created by AI, and the public recognises him by the name of Diella, thanks to 972 thousand services and 36 thousand digital seal documents she has given citizens from the E-Albania platform.
