“The National Audition Office (ZKA) has sent a total of 69 cases listed in 103 financial audit and compatibility reports for the 2024/2025 season. These issues are mainly related to violations and irregularities in public procurement, subsidies and transfers, capital investments, as well as wages and wages. In all, the distribution of cases according to areas is: 37 cases in public procurement, 19 cases in subsidies and transfers, 8 cases in capital investments, 4 cases in wages and wages, and 1 cases in revenues. According to the type of institutions, 47 cases come from municipalities, 12 cases from ministries, 7 cases from public enterprises and 3 cases from other institutions. ZKA has already received confirmation from the State Prosecutor's Office that all 69 cases have been handed over to relevant prosecutors for further legal action.
