The shocks were felt at 12:59, with a focal depth of 8,64km, said the Turkish Disaster Management and Emergency Management Agency (AFAD), notes a2, Periscope.
Simav Mayor Kubra Tekel Aktulun told NTV said there was panic among residents. The quake was felt in Izmir, Bursa and part in Istanbul.
