“They have spoken badly in America”, Haliti publishes a report of the Rugova-Talbott meeting.

Former KLA member of General Staff Xhavit Haliti has prompted reactions after a given interview, charging that Ibrahim Rugova, Fehmi Agani's Veton, had spoken ill of the Kosovo Liberation Army during a visit to the United States. “Kosovo delegation to America which has propagand [...]
“Kosovo's delegation to America which has propagand a lot against KLA, against Albania and Nano. This delegation was made up of Rugova, Surroi, Fehmi Agani. We have received the meeting process in which Fatos Nano has been indicted as extremist financing Kosovo extremists”, Haliti said on Tuesday at T7.
After this statement, a reaction has come from Veton Surroi, who in his Facebook profile, saying the delegation he has met Clinton has defended Kosovo's cause.
The delegation he has met Clinton has defended the cause of Kosovo, seeking crucial American protection for the country, has not been dealt with backbiting either then or any other time”, Surroi wrote in his response.
Although Haliti has talked about a meeting with Clinton, he has today distributed a report on Ibrahim Rugova's conversation with Secretary Strobe Talbot's taskman, in which he spoke up Rugova's words on the subject of the KLA, and Rugova was quoted as describing as the highly frustrated “groups, whose actions the Milosevic regime is exploiting to do the massacre.
In this 1998 negotiation process, Ibrahim Rugova had called for the intervention of the United States of America to halt a general catastrophe in Kosovo.
Haliti also mistakenly mentioned Mahmut Bakalli as part of the delegation, while in corrective response.
