Croatian pilot J.I. (54) who was part of KFOR, along with the Serb Ana Murcanic, were arrested under suspicion that the same has provided sensitive data and then forwarded it to those mentioned above and to Serbs in Belgrade, where it is allegedly sent messages to Vladimir Radivojevich, known by the nickname “Venem”.

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges against Radivojevich last year, while allegedly linked to the terrorist attack on Banjska on September 24th 2023, during which police sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed. The “Mama” is known as the leader of the “North Brigade”, which has been declared a terrorist organisation in Kosovo. Croatian pilot J.I., who was part of the Croatian KFOR contingent, and his Serbian girlfriend received messages on mobile phones, also corresponded to the 25 September 2022 event, when KFOR members were attacked at Zubin Potok.

At that time suspected A.M. had written “to Mama”, who was a childhood friend. “You need to clarify the attack on KFOR in any way you know and you can do”, she had written it.

That same day her boyfriend, the Croatian pilot, sent a message to the Serb: “you really fucked up last night”.

The largely arrested monk of this case being investigated for spying was also part of foreign missions in Kosovo. That FRaraniq was a worker of the European Union mission in Kosovo, EULEX- have already been officially confirmed.

This has been confirmed by EULEX Kosovo, who have said they cannot comment more on the case.

“EULEX Kosovo is aware of media reporting on an investigation involving a former member of Mission E ULEX. The mission is currently unable to comment further on the” case, EULEX has said on news.net, broadcast. Periscope.

Morianic and Croatian pilot continue to be in custody, with a decision by justice institutions in Split.

And as it was reported, the monk had carried important information to Kosovo and to the Serbian List.

In this regard, news has also contacted the Kosovo Special Prosecutor to ask if any allegations related to the case had been reported earlier.

And according to the prosecution, in connection with the arrest of Kosovo citizens in Croatia-the Special Prosecutorship is in contact with relevant authorities.

The prosecution also announced that they have already submitted official requests for obtaining evidence to Croatian institutions.

The “linked to the arrest of a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo in Croatia, we announce that the Special Prosecutor is in contact with relevant authorities. The prosecution has already submitted official request for the provision of evidence to Croatia's institutions, in line with agreements on international judicial co-operation”, reportedly the response given to news.net.

It was also said that the Special Prosecutor will take all necessary legal actions in this matter.

The arrests have sparked great public interest, where part of the media have reported that authorities are also investigating the couple's possible ties with Serbian intelligence services.

From the Peacekeeping Mission NATO has said it takes these claims seriously.

We take these claims very seriously. Security of KFOR personnel and the integrity of classified information are priority”, a NATO official said.

They met in 2016: he was a member of the Croatian contingent in KFOR, while she worked as an interpreter for EULEX. Their relationship has been long and interrupted but always alive until A.M. He often visited Croatia. It was there that he was arrested a few days ago.

Croatian media have found that in addition to messages that have been caught with confidential information on KFOR's work in the north, there are other secrets.

As Vecernji List reports, Serbian girlfriend from Mitrovica of this Croatian pilot, has been part of EULEX and UNMIK. Even the scandal becomes even bigger as allegations are that it has been infiltrated by Serbian secret services to intervene in judgments against former KLA leaders.

According to this report, the same has been true of many judges and prosecutors, even blackmailing.

“A. I also worked for the European Union's Mission to Establish Rule of Law in Kosovo, whose task is to assist institutions, judicial organs and police and other law enforcement agencies (EULEX) and the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNIMIK). It allegedly had close ties with many EULEX judges and prosecutors, who, according to sources, allegedly blackmailed”, reportedly.

Serbian services recruited and encouraged the employment of Serbs in international organisations in Kosovo, using them to provide information and intervene in justice, especially against KLA members. According to sources, the AM repeatedly briefed Serbian List officials on events in these organisations”, it says further.

Both were arrested once and then released. But after new messages were picked up, they were again arrested.

“Although there is no official information about the details they are accused of, which is expected in view of the sensitivity of the situation, information in the media revealed that the AM, a sociologist employed by a German organisation, was collecting data that her pilot boyfriend had given her for her deployment to the KFOR mission in Kosovo. It further broadcasts them to leaders of the main Serbian party in Kosovo, “Srpska list”, which co-operates closely with the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and, investigating the mobile phone, this was confirmed by a journalist from a prominent international news agency. Thus, the two reportedly, through the Whatsapp app, exchanged messages with confidential information about the movements and plans of KFOR forces regarding the situation in northern Kosovo, which Serbian authorities are particularly interested in”, the report further says.

The Croatian pilot reported his girlfriend regarding developments in the case of Dejan Pantic, who had been arrested long ago by Kosovo institutions.

“According to decoupled information, the pilot and his girlfriend discovered confidential information on four specific occasions. On one such occasion, the pilot JI passed to his partner information about the actions of KFOR troops in Zubin Potok, a settlement in northern Kosovo with a majority Serb population, which was a scene of extreme conflict and tension between Serbs there and Kosovo authorities. In addition, the Croatian pilot also passed confidential information on the case of Dejan Pantitić, a former Kosovo police member who was arrested in early December 2022 with suspicion of involvement in the attack on the Kosovo Central Election Commission office. Pantic's arrest led to a stir by the Serbian population and the blocking of border points with Serbia”, it says further.

Even as reported, the same had direct access to information to the office of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq- but also to the office of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

But Kosovo has expressed itself ready to co-operate in this case.

Kosovo's incumbent Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu said that “was since A.M. activity. and Croatian citizens, both arrested in Croatia, have been held in Kosovo, our institutions are on full alert to co-operate with Croatia's institutions for further development of investigations and the complete dawning of activities and action network”.
