Special Prosecution presents indictment for spying: After returning from I SIS, cooperates with BIA

The Special Prosecutor through a media report has indicated that the H.S. defendant is charged that from November 2009 until his arrest in 06.05.25, he co-operated with the Federation of Serbia's Intelligence and Security Agency known as BIA.

According to the indictment, H.S., on 22,11,2015 had travelled to Syria, joining the terrorist organisation “ISIS”

There is a good-based doubt about H.S. had sent information to BIA officials about the number of Albanian participation in “ISIS”, their organization and in which parts of Syria were operating. While, after returning to Kosovo, and the prison's suffering for participation in terrorist organisations, the same had continued to meet in Serbia with BIA officials, more specifically with the Director for Combating Terrorism I.B., and to forward other important reforms” is said in the statement.

Note states that “According to the indictment, in return for this information, BIA officials paid H.S. up to 700 euros a month. The Special Prosecutor has proposed to the Court the continuation of the detention measure, and after the trial, the defendant is found guilty of criminal acts imposed on him and the constitutional sentence to be pronounced on him in force”.
