(9 months ago)The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) has accepted the Kosovo Democratic Party's complaint (PDK) to political subject “Civic Initiative for Skenderaj”, arguing that this subject violated the Code of Kindness for Political Subjects during the election campaign for the October 12th 2025 local elections. Under the decision taken on September 20, 2025, P ZAP has imposed a fine of 1500 euros on this political subject, considering it responsible for publishing material on social networks containing insults and denigration languages against political opponents.
PZAP's reasoning states that Facebook posts published by the <x0 Civic Initiative for Skenderaj”, where other candidates and political representatives are mentioned, constitute violations of Article 7 of the Code of Goodwill and conflict with fair electoral race standards.
In a status published on Facebook on September 18th 2025, Halili wrote: “Basca against any criminal or employee of our century-old Serbian enemy. I have Milan Radoichi myself and his friend Sami Lushtaku...”
