Pristina Mayor Progress Rama used the Parliament's folk to criticise the opposition.
Thank you for all those present at this extraordinary session that we have invited to adopt the budget for 2026. I thank from the heart all of you for being present. You see that the opposition in a destructive way continues to sabotage the capital's development processes. It's still blocking. That is why I invite the citizens of the capital to reflect, on October 12th, to show the country to any asamblis who has blocked, sabotaged and continues to sabotage this democratic process of development and transformation of the capital. On October 12th, I wish we had the majority that we continue with the literal transformation of the capital as we have done these four years.
