Shukri Buya: Lipjan to become tourist destination, no more transit point only

Buya has warned of the construction of a Recretation Centre near Blinaj National Park, in a 3 hectares area, with luxurious tents, picnic areas, natural amphitheatres, walking and cycling paths, angles for children and accompanying infrastructure.

Dear citizens of Lipyan,

For 12 years, tourism and resolution in our municipality have remained ignored by current government. Lipjan, despite its natural beauty, has only been treated as a transit point.

We have a different vision: to turn Lipjani into a literal tourist destination.

Here, where I'm standing today, we're building the Recretation Centre in the vicinity of Bline National Park a three-acre space that will offer: Luxury tents and wooden mini-bines, barbicou picnic areas, panoromic restaurants, natural amphitheaters for cultural activities, paths for walking and cycling, relaxing angles for children, sports and parking lots for visitors.

This centre will be not only for our residents but also for foreign visitors, creating conditions for them to stay longer in Lipjan and visit all our tourist points.

With our vision, Lipjan will no longer be just a passing station, but a lively and attractive destination for all.
Together, we turn Lipjani into the heart of Kosovo's natural tourism!
