From the years from now on, Buya recalls chronologically his political commitments.
We've done a lot of work, but much more has not been done! Unfortunately, the last 12 years have been years of deadlock, discrimination and underdevelopment. So I return today. Experienced. With new energy. With clear vision and firm determination to get Lipjan to where he deserves it! ” said Buya.

In the '80s, when our freedom and rights were printed, I was there in front of the confrontation.
For my dedication, I was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
Later, when the country needed most, I again faced evil.
Along with you, fellow fighters and honored citizens we fought and won our holy freedom.
With your trust and support, I won twice the local elections and had the honour of serving as the mayor of the Lipjan municipality, in one of the most important periods of Kosovo statehood.
During our six years of governance, we invested over 62m euros in Lipjan.
We've done a lot of work but a lot more is left to go!
Unfortunately, the last 12 years have been years of deadlock, discrimination and underdevelopment.
So I return today.
Experienced.
With new energy.
With clear vision and firm determination to get Lipjan to where he deserves it!

Lipjan needs real guidance.
Big projects that affect your daily life.
Not for the facade.
Not for color.
But for work.
The projects I failed to complete then I'm going to end by now.
