Candidate of The PDK for the chairman of Lipjan, Shukri Buja, has reacted to the current situation in the village of Gacka, where a dump of waste and iron was created in a land of historic importance for residents.
In a post on social networks, Buya has called this situation “shamepot”, stressing that it is an insult to collective history and memory, as in that very country, in 1912, Serbian artillery had levelled the village.
My first performance as Lipjan's Chairman will be to evacuate this depot and build a memorial park with obelisk to honour the sacrifice of our people”, Buja has declared.
He has vowed at the same time that during his mandate there will be no illegal depot in the territory of the Lipjan municipality, naming this an important priority for the environment and the lives of citizens.
