He has said his plan is to build three modern subpasses that he will according to him unite Lipjani.
For years, the railway separating the city has been a barrier to movement, development, and equality.
Now is the time to overcome this division!
Our plan for building three modern subpasses is a major step forward for a unified, functional and secure Lipjan for all.
) The first underpass, for vehicles and pedestrians, will be built on the “Bajram Gashi” connecting the centre to the east and creating a new urban artery.
) The second, for pedestrians and riders, will be built near the train station where the division is most visible. He'll reunite the square with the side across the railway.
Three, for vehicles and pedestrians, will connect the city to the Aklapi district of “Ganimes of Trbeshi” and “Sadik Shala”, opening up new access and development opportunities.
This is our vision:
A city without partition.
A Lipjan moving forward united.
