Shala: The attacks on the Constitutional Court have turned into an LVV cause which s quite yet has numbers to form the government.

The complaint of the Serbian List accepted by the Constitutional Court after the new parliamentary chief, Dimal Basha, announced the constitutional session closed without the election of the 5th deputy chairman from the Serb community's ranks at the end of August, prompted the Constitutional judges to be the target of the LVV's and the government in office. Kurti's statement that the Constitution is working as a shadow of the opposition and the situation created in the Parliament, former head of the Court of Appeals Hasan Shala, sees them as attempts for political gain, since, according to him, the constitutionality in choosing the deputy heads of the Parliament has left no room for interpretation.
“Sulmet to the Constitutional Court has become a cause of LVV, which has numbers to form the government. Because in the election of vice president the constitution has left no room for interpretation...”, Shala said
In addition to the political stalemate in the Kosovo Parliament, attacks on the Constitutional Union created even greater rifts in reports between Kosovo and the US. These relations were hit when official Washington on 12 September announced the planned strategic dialogue with Kosovo due to the government's actions in office. The former ambassador, Jeff Hovenier, also reacted, saying LVV's denigrating and promotional statements to the generating Constitution that forced Americans to act.
Regarding these developments, IKD researcher Naim Jakaj estimates the US contribution to the establishment and strengthening of the Constitutional Court in Kosovo.
The “Such statements are grave for the judicial system, especially when the names of constitutional judges, supreme, are mentioned, PZAP and burden the justice system and do not allow their independence”, Jakaj told Rtv21
Days earlier, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said his government in office has some differences in attitudes with the US, but insists that relations between the two countries have not collapsed, while former US Ambassador Jeff Hovenier, in an interview, has dismissed Kurt's claims that he has good relations with the US.
