Shacir Totaj rides to an election rally in Prizren

Prizren's chairman, Shacir Totaj, has continued his bicycle use practice. At the start of the campaign, in Prizren, he is seen going on bicycles to the election rally.

In many public appearances, Totaj has not hidden this phenomenon that he estimates he does for many years and is a way of life. Even the media have often interviewed and asked about this unusual practice in Kosovo by politicians.
