Kosovo police in today's report have said he allegedly committed war crimes against the civilian population in the municipality of Vushtrri in 1999 and that he has participated in the killing of 71 Albanian civilians.
Police said he allegedly carried out the work in the group as a mobilized official with units made up of Serbian MUP.
