Today it will give its comments to the Constitutional Court on the issue of electing the deputy leader from the ranks of the Serb community.
Last Friday, the Constitution approved the request submitted by the Serbian List for the deployment of a temporary move regarding the election of the Serbian community's deputy head of the Parliament.
The measure will be in effect until September 30th, 2025.
According to this act, the provisional measure aims to prevent the flow of the 30-day deadline for the constitutional institution of the Parliament, defined in one of the previous constitutional judgments. /Periscope/
