Salihu reacts after the incident in Pristina municipality: I haven't attacked anyone with bottles.

Through a response to his Facebook profile, Salihu said he was suddenly attacked as his reaction was only to protect himself.

He has promised full co-operation with justice bodies as he apologized for those concerned.

We remember that today in the Pristina municipality, Pristina was reportedly attacking with glass bottles at the head of the Municipal Assembly, Fehmi Kupina.

I haven't attacked anyone with bottles.

Today I was suddenly attacked and reacted only to protect myself. The location cameras will tell the truth and I will cooperate fully with the investigative organs. Violence, especially the one behind your back, is unacceptable.

I apologize to my family, my society and to all the citizens who have been disturbed by this situation. This is not my nature and does not reflect even the values I represent. What happened was because of provocations, insults, and unjust assault on me.

I will continue to stand upright, with dignity and devotion to the citizens who trusted me. No one has the right to hit behind the back, and no one will stop me from working responsibly for Pristina.
