Russian forces launched at least eight attacks in Zaporizhja, Ukraine, leaving 21 injured.
The head of the Zagreb Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedov, reported it at the site of one of the attacks, according to Ukrinform.
“Over the night, the enemy carried out at least eight attacks in Zaporizhja, starting at 0100 and continuing until 05:30. The largest number of victims registered in the Shevchenkivskii district”, Fedorov said.
A rocket hit an apartment building, wounding 16 people, including three children. Doctors are offering all necessary medical assistance.
Rescue operations are continuing.
At this time, there is no information about whether there are people inside destroyed or damaged apartments yet, but specialists are controlling everything, Fedov added.
Later, Fedorov confirmed that the total number of wounded had increased to 21.
As reported earlier, 14 apartment blocks and nine private houses were damaged in Zaporizhja as a result of Russia's overnight air strikes on September 28th. /Periscopi/
