Following James Rubin's testimony, the second witness to The Hague is Paul Williams, former legal adviser to the Kosovo delegation during the Rambouillet negotiations, Periscope reports.
He has witnessed before US Congress Committees concerning justice and accountability to victims of the Kosovo conflict, including sex violence during the war.
Also, it has done analyses and opinions on Kosovo's strategies in international relations, dialogue with Serbia, as well as on legal issues related to majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
