Rohde reacts to Srpska: Health and education within Kosovo system under the auspices of Association

German Ambassador Jorn Rohde, through a statement, exposed the Republika Srpska List, which yesterday claimed that “the integration of education and health institutions has never been part of negotiations or any” agreement. “The agreement signed on April 19, 2013 included six [...]
“
The signing agreement on April 19, 2013, signed on April 19th included six points related to the creation of the majority Serbian Commission Association, while the Ohrid Agreement on the Guidance for Implementation of the Agreement signed in 2013 clearly defines the integration of the institutions mentioned in Kosovo's institutional system under the auspices of the majority Serbian Commission Association”.
Rohde said such unclear interpretations of international binding documents also raise tensions at an already sensitive time ahead of the October 12th local elections, where local Serb communities are expected to elect their representatives.
Therefore, I would urge everyone to refrain from making such arbitrary statements, and to say bad intentions, that could harm democratic processes, such as the upcoming” elections.
The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, addressed the Serb community in the Serbian language through a video, where, among other things, he mentioned that in the next “mandat”, they will make incorporation of health and education in a single system in the country's north.
Kurti said he will do so by co-operating with the new mayors who will be elected by citizens in the October elections.
Of course, the dualism of the health and educational system is not sustainable. They need information and unification. I don't want to do this against you or without you”, Kurt said.
Before long, the Republika Srpska List came up with a reaction, saying that the incumbent prime minister's video education is “only another form of attack against them, but also a threat to the survival of Serbs in Kosovo”.
“They say Kurti's threats to integration of health care and education are not part of any negotiations, and now expect a strong response from the international community”.
But the response they received from Germany today was not in line with the expectations of List Srpska.
