Rohde found it has “institutional player” following claims by Chief Prime Minister Dimal Basha that the Kosovo Assembly has been constitutionalised.
He said Osmani has expressed his concerns about the ongoing political and institutional “player, while he said he has also pointed to the latest disinclimate of the judicial decisions.
Rohde warned that this discurs reduce confidence in justice organs and the independence of the judiciary.
“At the meeting I expressed my concern for the continuing political and institutional stalemate, as well as the recent public discus that cast doubt on judicial decisions, as such developments risk erodeing public confidence in the independence and integrity of the judiciary”, Rohde has said.
