Robinson spoke of Kirk's murder, FBI Director: I asked him directly why he did it, that's what he said.

FBI Director Kash Patel unveiled on Monday a disturbing message that, according to authorities, sent the murder suspect Tyler Robinson, who could show motive after the assassination of renowned conservative activist Charlie Kirk last week. “A communication has been found in which suspect Robinson has clearly stated there was a possibility [...]
A communication has been found in which the suspect Robinson has clearly stated that there was an opportunity to resolve the Charlie Kirkʹ issue and that he intended to do so,” said Patel, according to the New York Post report.
When asked why, Robinson reportedly replied: “With some hatred simply cannot be negotiated. ”
Robinson, 22, is accused of shooting from a roof, several hundred yards away, killing Charlie Kirk, 31, while the latter was speaking in front of a large crowd at Utah Valley University on September 10th.
Director Patel stressed that some witnesses have confirmed that Robinson essentially accepted what he did right after the shooting.
The suspected person has admitted,” said briefly Patel, without providing more details.
Asked whether the FBI is investigating any possible broader computers, Patel said the investigations are still under way.
We're using all sources to analyze every person who's had contact with the suspect via telephone, messages or social networks,” he said.
He added that the FBI is reviewing Robinson communications in Discard and other equipment, while already in the process of getting court orders for access to those data.
We've seized some electronic devices from Robinson's apartment and his partner computer, laptops, game conditions, cell phones. Our experts are analyzing it all,” said Patel, adding that thanks to the federal prosecutor's help, investigations are moving rapidly.
State prosecutor Pam Bond praised the FBI's work:
“The FBI's been working since the first day. There has been excellent co-operation with local agencies. When the arms of ATF were handed over, they found therein traces of the traces. DNA matching the suspect,” said Bond.
According to prosecutors in Utah, Robinson is expected to be charged this week with murder in the first degree.
Bond expects the prosecution to seek the death penalty, remembering that Utah still uses the firing squad as one of the methods of executing the sentence.
“A will have charges even at federal level, we will examine it. If so, we will co-operate closely to ensure that this monstrous person receives the worst possible sentence,” it concluded.
