Albanian National Council Chairman (KKSH) in the Presevo Valley, Enkel Rexhepi, says Belgrade's military parade was not only ceremonial, but open and even anti-Albanian march.
Rexhepi, in a Facebook post, says it was the demonstration of an army that Albanians know very well: army of violence, war crimes and ethnic cleansing, Periscope.
According to him, this is a gross violation of Albanian honour and dignity, and it cannot be either accepted or related or covered with excuses.
