GDP through a post on the social Facebook network has been described as a very serious and negative signal to Kosovo and the economy, reports Periscope.
The Kosovar Business Alliance (AKB) expresses deep concern for the United States decision to suspend Strategic Dialogue with Kosovo. This is a very serious and negative signal for the future of our country's economic, political and diplomatic relations with the largest strategic partner”.
“This development is a direct consequence of the irresponsible approach and reckless actions of the Interim Government, which have raised tensions, instability and seriously damaged Kosovo's image as a serious international partner. Such decisions not only isolate Kosovo politically but also directly hit the economy, boosting uncertainty about investors and hampering the development of local businesses.
The GDP considers this to be a major damage to the country and a loss of opportunities that Strategic Dialogue provided in terms of investments, trade and support for economic development. Instead of strengthening reports with the United States, the thoughtless actions of the Interim Government have resulted in weakening and closing the doors”, it says in response.

“We urge the Interim Government to immediately stop rhetoric and harmful actions that are driving away our strategic partners and to show political maturity and state responsibilities. Kosovo cannot allow luxury to lose the support and partnership of the United States.
The Kosovo Alliance of Business will continue to protect the interests of Kosovo businesses and citizens and ask the country's institutions to urgently restore confidence and co-operation with our strategic allies with USA”, it says in response. /Periscope
