Gashi has said that the Constitutional Court's decision is clear and that the Parliament has 12 days to close the process, reports the report. Periscope.

The Constitutional Court has issued the decision today regarding the constitution. The message is clear: The Assembly is not considered constitutional without being elected deputy chairman of the Serb community. By the day of the entry into force of the decision, the Assembly has only 12 days to complete the process. If this does not happen, according to the Constitution, the Assembly is distributed and the country goes to new elections within 45 days. The court has obliged all MPs to exercise their position in the interests of the Republic of Kosovo, respecting the Constitution and the Rule of the Parliament”, he has written.

Gashi has said that the Assembly has two roads which he says are:“So the road is simple: either the Parliament is constitutionalized, or the place goes to the elections”. /Periscope/
