The leader of the Party for Freedom, Justice and Survival, Nenad Rassic, estimates that the Assembly of Kosovo has not been constitutionalised, despite the chief speaker, Dimal Basha, announced the session closed. Rassic, who is also deputy in the Assembly from the Serbian community, stresses the need to elect deputy leaders from the Serb community to complete this process, though he himself was a candidate for deputy chairman, but failed to get 61 votes, remarks Periscope.
I have good communication with the prime minister and other ministers, yet all of us politicians should still be objective and be responsible for the work we do and speak the truth. In this case, in my opinion, all politicians have an obligation to tell the truth from the angle we see things. I in this case am having to be more responsible over all those representatives of the Serbian List who can't even get the right direction. I, with all due respect to LVV representatives, have to show that in this case, and I believe it will prove that the Assembly has not been introduced, as is in advance with the Constitution”, Rassic told Kosovas.
In addition, Rassic expects the Constitutional Court, during this week, to impose temporary measures for the constitutional session so that the deadline for forming the government does not flow.
As he again spoke of his candidacy for Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Rassic says that if the Constitution approves the request of the Serbian List and decided that the vote for vice-presidents from non-party communities would be made in packages, he would agree to that.
Rassic even says convinced that neither President Vjosa Osmani will mandate LV's candidate for prime minister until there is a constitutional decision, following the Serbian List's complaint.
President Vjosa Osmani has had a meeting with Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha earlier this week. After the meeting, through a media statement from the Office of the First State, it has been said that she, along with her legal team, are analyzing the situation in the country so that they can take a stand.
