Misetic said the witness, Rubin, has indicated in advance in his testimony before the defence that in Rambouillet, Thaci has indicated that he was concerned that he did not have the authorization needed to give his signature on behalf of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
Rubin is testifying in the case of former President Hashim Thaci and others at The Hague Special Court.
He is among the witnesses called by the defense.
