According to Ramadani, Osmani wanting to protect Basha, she actually protected Arsovska!
The President had to be:

Her response failed that in a form amniston the Hybride War of Jana Arsovska and Dimal Basha vs. Kosovo.
Wanting to protect Basha, she actually protected Arsovska!
The Hibride war has not begun on this mandate. It has damaged Kosovo for decades as Special War.

Such a summary report had to go to the office then to the Speaker of the Parliament to face the damage caused by him! And, on institutional findings, he leaves the Albanian public scene eternally!
