Dimal Basha apologised for the work in 2012, but not for the assistance he provided to propagandist Jana Arsovska in 2015 in its Hibride War against Albanians.
So he continued his co-operation with propagandist Arsovska even in her terrible anti-Albanian book. And he was grateful for the help of the people in her book. Not for contact, interview or the like. But for assistance!
