Ramadan: The atmosphere within the police as in Enver Hoxha's time

Ramadani stressed that for 26 years it has been invested to build professionalism and trust in the Kosovo Police, but such decisions harm the institution. He named the default “oversize”, which is taken only in cases of serious disciplinary or criminal violations and that there is no such element in this case.
