Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has re-published witness James Rubin's testimony, saying he is concerned that the accused are staying in custody for five years, given that they surrendered themselves and that they were very cooperative with the tribunal, Periscop reports.

The fact that the accused have been in custody here in The Hague for more than five years and that they have surrendered voluntarily and that they are held for so long worries me.
