According to the Police's announcement, the case has been identified on 25 September by police units at the Rahovec Police Station, based on citizen reporting and verification of security cameras. The illegal race was held on September 22nd.
“One of the drivers has been pronounced fines of 500 euros, 4 negative points have been pronounced, and a 12-month ban on vehicles has been taken. While the other driver has been charged with court evidence for counter-insulting in question, as well as for driving without a driver's license, contrary to road traffic rules”, police report said.
