(9 months ago)A person has been arrested by Kosovo Police on the “Gaper Karaqi”, in Gjakova, after a stop-point search into the suspect of a motorcycle leader has been found an amount of 12.82 grams of substance allegedly marijuana. After this discovery, his home [...] was raided at the order of the prosecutor.
After this discovery, the prosecutor's order has raided the suspect's house, where 258.46 grams of suspected marijuana substance, 6.82 grams of suspected cocaine, four digital scales, one knife, one pair of scissors and a small spoon, allegedly used for the preparation and division of narcotics substances.
Also, in quality of material evidence, the motorcycle used by the suspect, a mobile phone, cash worth 10,935 euros, 10 Swiss francs, as well as 2,000 Albanian money.
After interviewing in the presence of the lawyer, with the prosecutor's decision, the suspect has been sent to maintenance.
