Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy Rasit Qalaj has declared that the Serb community in Kosovo lives under pressure and terror exercised by Belgrade and its security mechanisms. Qalaj has said that there are no Serbs in Kosovo who disobey Belgrade's orders, due to pressures and forms of intimidation that, according to him, exercise the Serbian state.
According to him, neither the Minister on duty for Communities and Return to Kosovo, Nenad Raspqi, escapes pressure from Belgrade.
“We know that the Serbian List is controlled by Belgrade. I found a Serb who disobeys Belgrade. I'm sorry it's not like that (even Nenad Rasiqi obeys Belgrade). There are no Serbs in this country who disobey Belgrade. People before him were also part of the Kosovo government. This too was part of the governments. I don't happen to say, there are no Serbs in Kosovo who disobey the state of Serbia. I know what I'm talking about.
Serbia's state, Serbia's president, security mechanisms terrorise the Serb community in Kosovo, to all. And terror is to disobey Kosovo institutions. And they have mechanisms to pressure. Besides stopping at the border, interviewing, imprisonment. They have other mechanisms, they take people out of their jobs... they stop their aid. So they do terror. This is the mechanism the state of Serbia uses constantly. While another part that is locked in politics, the Serbian List is part of these terrors that they make through the cities of Kosovo. Which our security and justice mechanisms must expose...”, Qalaj said. /Periscope/
