The Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre (PZAP) has rejected the two complaints of Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) for “hatred inciting” to the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and the Serbian List.
The LVV had filed complaints about the PDK's candidate statements to head of Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku, who in a show had indicated that “s that do not respect the Constitution, do not respect Kosovo's laws, do not respect the prosecution, I think they should drag on the streets of Pristina”.
But The PZAP has concluded that this statement has not been addressed to any specific person or any political subject, and “over that reason has found no violation of election rules at the expense of any political subject”.
E LVV has complained that the Serbian List has exposed the “slogan Svi za brata Milana” in the campaign in northern Mitrovica, claiming it was about Milan Radocicin, the fugitive of Kosovo institutions as the organiser of the Banjska attack in 2023.
However, The PZAP has said that the complaining side (LVV) has offered no clear and convincing evidence that Milan Radovici is allied to Milan Radovici, but that “is mentioned only the name "Milanão," which is the name of the North Mitrovica municipality's candidate for chairman Milan Radojevic”./Periscopi/
