In the decision made today, September 17, 2025, PZAP says: There is no reliable evidence to support that claim. Rather, available evidence clearly testifies to the use of the word ʹchunʹ, which is no offense.

In the PDK complaint, the alleged word “is” is described as insulting language that “has created an atmosphere that promotes hatred and polarisation, despite the principles of ethics that should guide the election process. ”
It even stated that this insult “has sparked numerous controversy, having a negative impact not only on the election process but also on social and political relations in the community.
However, PZAP found the evidence to prove otherwise.
The decision says that <x0) witnesses have to do with the word "chounçu" and not the dogs.
Electoral Panel stresses:
“in this case there have been no offending or deignive expressions on the part of the candidate in question”, announcing the PDK complaint as unsubstantiated”.
