Public Support I SIS, Special Prosecutors bring charges against two defendants

According to the prosecution's announcement, the defendants are accused of publicly promoting and spreading hatred and failure among religious groups, given the Special Prosecutor's announcement, the same have been promoting extreme religious ideology and publicly supporting the actions of the terrorist organisation I SIS.

According to the indictment, D.B., and E.B., via the social network “Facebook” and “Tik” have distributed posts with stimulating content, with calls to join armed wars and the jihad war.

The prosecution further says that there is a well-founded suspicion, that defendants have placed ISIS flags on the height of their home, made X-rays of Arabic characters on the walls of their home, with which actions could potentially disrupt public order.

“D.B., according to evidence, has been a refusal to anyone who does not practice religion in his own way, and has posted and distributed material with insulting language to most of the Kosovo Islamic Community hojaries. The Special Prosecutor has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Pristina that the defendants be convicted according to the laws in force, and continued the detention measure against the D.B. and that house arrest of E. B”, said further in notice.
