The founding prosecutor at Ferizaj has been seeking custody for 30 days for B.R., suspected of the serious murder of his cousin, I.R., in the village of Balaj, writes Periscopi.
According to the prosecution, the event occurred on September 15th around 19:42, following an earlier conflict over property issues. The defendant, after a plea, pulled out his firearm and fired four shots towards the victim, hitting him in the upper body”, says the report.
The victim passed away on the way to the Emergency Center in Ferizaj.
The defendant has been detained for 48 hours since 15 September, and the detention measure for criminal work has been sought for a serious murder {”, further reported in the communique.
