According to the prosecution, K.V., allegedly in the quality of the business registration official in Gjakova demanded from the injured E.C., money to regulate business registration documents.
“According to the prosecution's request, among other things there is the belief that the defendant with the initials K.V., on the date of 25.08.2025 in Gjakova, in the quality of the official person ʹ for the registration of businesses in the Gjakova municipality, with the intention of directly profiting himself, requires money of the E.C., for the regulation of business registration documents, after he had applied for opening his business, as of 0109.25, during the court's decree for special investigation is arrested after 30x euros were admitted, 306 euros reported.
With these actions, the defendant is suspected to have committed criminal work “taking bribes” from Article 421, par.1 of the Penal Code.
The prosecution stresses that the defendant since September 1st 2025, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is placed under a 48-hour ban.
