In the Kosovo Police's announcement, the operation has been carried out following allegations of involvement of suspects in criminal acts, import, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorised weapons or explosive matter and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.

Also, it becomes known that five different locations were checked during the operation.

Furthermore, it is announced by police that an AK-47, a long rifle with dylbs, hunting rifles, pistols, 116 bullets of different calibres, gas bullets, air rifles, and television:

Five people suspected during a police operation for possession without permission

Kosovo police, the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Dead Crimes respectively, in the continuation of operational commitments and following the development of investigative actions, in co-operation with the competent prosecutor with the date 16.09.2025 has conducted a police operation in Shtime, Lipjan and Drenas, which has resulted in the arrest of five) suspected Kosovo males.

The police operation has been carried out following allegations based on involvement of suspects high up to criminal acts, import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or sale of unauthorized weapons or explosive matter from Article 364 of KPRC, and possession of unauthorized weapons or possession of KPRK Article 366, where five different locations have been checked by competent judges, houses and attendants suspected, where evidence has been found:

• 1 AK-47,

• One long rifle with wax,

• 1 hunting rifle,

• 1 pistol,

• 116 bullets of different calibres,

•8 rounds of gas,

• 2 air rifles,

• 5 phones.

After interviewing with the prosecutor's decision five (5) suspects are sent to the detention centre for 48 hours.
