The capital's rapid and professional response of emergency teams reportedly prevented the worst.
Even though Sunday, our capital Fire Department, along with Capital Police and other emergency services, immediately mobilized to locate and extinguish fire in a vehicle in the Green Market. Thanks to the rapid response and coordination of all teams, the fire was put under control in a short time, preventing spread to other objects around us and defending the lives of our citizens”, the announcement said.
The director of the Directorate for Security and Emergency Lulzim Fushtica also appeared at the scene.
