The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica has placed one month in custody for Murat Latifi, Special Unit Police, suspected of misuse of office, revealing official secrecy and unauthorized possession of weapons.
The detention measure under the constitution, the defendants are counted from 03.09.2025 to the date 03.10.2025.
“...has set the detention measure in one month's length (1) against indictees M.L., due to alleged criminal acts: Misuse of official position or authority by Article 1414 par.1, uncovering official secrecy by Article 426 par. 1, Possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons according to Article 366 pars. 1 and use of dangerous weapons or tool” ) Says in their announcement, today in 05.09,2025.
