He received a unique sentence of one year and five months in prison for “Cause of total risk” and “illegal possession”.

For “Cause of general risk”, Grejqevci was sentenced to one year in prison, while for “illegal possession” to 6 months in prison.
Judge Sadikuj announced that the third criminal act “has joined the first work since all elements of that criminal act exist.
To the accused, Gryqevci was pronounced a unique sentence of one year and five months in prison.
And the injured man was instructed into civil disputes.
The accused was also obliged to pay the expenses of the criminal procedure in the amount of 200 euros and 20 euros for the funding for compensation of crime victims.
The chief of the typhore “Plicat” was not present at the announcement of the trial.
Greqevci at his initial session on September 4th pleaded guilty to the criminal acts that were imposed on him.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, founded on November 17, 2020, Rinor Grejqevci was charged that on May 15th, 2020, around “Ahmet Haxhiu”, during the time he was driving the car, he was out of the car, and with the gun fired once in the direction of the damaged Arben Gashi car, hitting the back, and then left the scene.
