He has said protests there cause him fear that we can damage the process, indiscreet of Kosovo figures.
“E knows there has been a protest at The Hague. I personally have conviction, without wanting to prejudge or influence on any matter of the justice system, which we have established as a society, I think such an organization, such as protest where even that part of the siege at The Hague is trying to crack down on, causes me to be able to damage the process, in defeat of the Kosovo figures facing a trial process, Petci said.
About that, Ehat Miftaraj from the IKD reacted. The latter has appreciated Peci's statement as hypocrisy.
Miftaraj has also stated that Peci attacks the judicial and prosecutorial system in Kosovo whenever the case is given.
What hypocrisy
On one side, it is securely secureed by the special court in The Hague that, as a principle, the division of powers is democratic value.
On the other hand, it attacks and offends every time the case is given to the judicial and prosecutorial system in Kosovo, violating and seriously damaging the principle of division of powers and public confidence in justice institutions, he has said.
