The adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo on September 7th 1990 in Kacanik, beyond a judicial act, was the manifestation of the courage and determination of our people for Kosovo, Republic”.
“The Kachanic Constitution, not only defined the foundations of Kosovo's citizenship, but also spread citizen unification against depression and discrimination under the current circumstances.
