“Professor Paul R. Williams received the Presidential Medal of Merit of Kosovo for his contributions as Kosovo legal adviser during the Rambouillet Peace Agreement”, Clankosova reports, Periscopi broadcasts.
Williams has actually started his testimony before the court, and from the outset, he has shown who he was invited to be part of the Kosovo delegation during the negotiations in Rambouille.
Jurist indicated it was Bujar Bukoshi who had invited him on behalf of the late President Ibrahim Rugova.
