The presidency said Osmani gave Bardon the medal last week and that it serves as a symbol of the gratitude of the people of Kosovo and of NATO's unbroken commitment to peace and lasting security.
During his term at the helm of KFOR, Major General Enrico Bardoni has made a valuable contribution to peace and security in Kosovo and the region. In gratitude for this precious service last week, President Osmani decorated it with the Presidential Military Medal, a symbol of our people's gratitude and NATO's unbroken commitment to peace and long-term security”, Osmani said.
President Osmani and Commander Bardonini had a business dinner a few days ago.
