We remember Thursday that the Central Election Commission made the decision not to certified the Serbian List, which left the subject out of official turnout procedures. That decision immediately sparked sharp reactions from internationals.
A day after the CEC's decision, the Serbian List announced it has filed its complaint with the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashta (PZAP).
The QUINT states and the European Union reacted sharply, expressing their concern over the decision.
Kosovo even accepted a sharp warning that the key to relations with the European Union directly connects with “
The overall character of the upcoming local elections is key to the future relationship between Kosovo and the European Union. Political parties that have met the legal criteria should be allowed to participate in the elections and elected representatives take up their duties throughout Kosovo on the basis of a free, just and comprehensive process. ” Among other things, it was said in the EU's response.
Following the CEC ruling, VV deputies targeted PZAP judges. Some of Albin Kurti's party deputies have begun pressure on these judges, publishing their names.
This did not affect this institution's decision, rejecting the CEC's decision, under the argument of insufficient legal basis.
