We remember Thursday that the Central Election Commission made the decision not to certified the Serbian List, which left the subject out of official turnout procedures. That decision immediately sparked sharp reactions from internationals.
A day after the CEC's decision, the Serbian List announced it has filed its complaint with the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashta (PZAP).
The QUINT states and the European Union reacted sharply, expressing their concern over the decision.
