The CEC has demanded that through an economic operator crown contract for postal services for voting outside Kosovo.
However, such a tender has been cancelled, whose value has been 230,000 euros.
Taking into account that the same services are offered by the Kosovo Public Post authority, the Secretariat has held meetings with their representatives where we have been informed that the length of remittances to continents outside Europe is approximately 2 weeks, as well as the Kosovo Post cannot perform the package withdrawal service with the CEC mailboxes in 22 states, so contracting OEs that have authorisations or agreements with international companies in the shorts (Express) in order to fulfil the legal commitment to Kosovo's 2025th local elections, thus reportedly, among other findings. /Periscopi/
