U.D. CEC Director and Z Director RCKFSP, Besnik Buzhala, at Wednesday's meeting presented the report regarding election preparations, stressing that a large portion of the ballot package has already been submitted outside Kosovo.
During the presentation of this report, he indicated that so far, about 10,000 individual packages with balloting have been sent out of Kosovo, while another 5,000 have been completed and sent over the day.
The voting period through mail has begun. According to the Post confirmation so far, about 10,000 packages of ballot papers have been sent. There are 43,933 voters who have registered successfully. This process will be completed on week's weekend”, he said, reports EO.
At this meeting, the CEC also confirmed the mailbox addresses for the postal vote from outside Kosovo. Postboxes are already functional in these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Canada, Kosovo, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, the United Kingdom, Norway, the United States, Albania, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey and Switzerland.
